Smugmug HELP!

We just uploaded a set of pictures last night and it is showing it as an EMPTY GALLERY, but if you click on the empty gallery, the pictures all show up.

What's wrong? How'd I break Smugmug?

Choose one picture of the gallery and "Feature" it.

I moved all the pictures into a new gallery, then deleted the original gallery. That worked.

I am not sure why this is happening. I have never seen that before. You might be able to get around that by choosing a "featured" photo. Go to the gallery and select the photo you would like to feature. Click "Tools" >"This Photo">"More">"Feature". See if that doesn't display a gallery image. I hope this helps.

I tried that, but it didn't work. When I moved all the pics to a new gallery, it didn't have that bug. Oh well.

Hello Thomas, I am not sure if it is the same problem but I sometimes have to wait while the site "renders" the pictures. But if I click on the thumbnail, the picture is there. Then the website upload does not work well for Macs so I use the MacDaddy.app as it works better.
