SmugMug Print Question - Supermoon night shot - 03-20-2011, 10:12 PM

First, I am so excited! For the first time ever, I have people (more then 1 ), asking if they can buy this photo!

Without making them wait, and ordering one myself first, how can I tell how large they can order this and it not look grainy? I have already used some noise reduction and dont know if I need to use more.

Cool shot! I'd have to have one of our image specialists look at it and get back to you. I'll let you know what they say within a few hours :).

I just heard back from Steve, one of our image specialists. I will quote what he said below.

"16x24 should be fine, possibily even 20x30 should be fine. It's reasonably clean at this point, and as size increases, so will viewing distance, so any grain shouldn't be too noticeable."

I sold some prints! Thank you Smug Mug!

Another question. Where can I see examples of the Framed Prints that are available via EZprints on SmugMug? And why cant I get framed prints from BayPhoto via Smugmug?

EDIT: --- I found sample photos from EZ Print but I cant find a way to offer framed photos from Bay Photo.

We currently don't offer everything that Bay Photo does, and framed photos is one of the items we don't offer. Sorry! You can see all our offerings on the catalog link below. I'm sure Bay would let you purchase framed prints directly thought them.
