smugmug questions

Ive never sold a photo before but am considering starting to try and sell some. I have a few questions about smugmug as a complete neophyte. i figure for $150 a year its worth a gamble. if it doesnt wotk out I really havent lost much.
first question-- pricing. how do you decide what to sell a photo for? I dont even know what is a reasonable price for an 8x12 or 4x6 for example..
does smugmug take care of sending tax documents to you for filing taxes (assuming you sell anything)?

You need to file for a DBA and then file for a Sales Tax ID. They will collect the Sales Tax for you, but you will be required to remit it to the state.

On pricing - there are many, many different theories. It kinda depends and there is no real good answer. Depends on your theory of making money (pre-sale or post-sale) and how you are going to do it. Also depends on use. Personal vs corporate.
