Pricing Questions...HELP!

To any SmugMug users or employees:

I have my pricing set up for both package pricing and a la carte pricing. I state on my website that a client has to spend X amount of dollars before being allowed access to a la carte pricing. Here is the problem...I am having some people try to order say...50 4x6's and they are coming up with 1,100 dollars in charges. This is obviously incorrect as they are accessing my individual print pricing lists prior to ordering packages. How do I prevent access to my individual/a la carte pricing list until a certain dollar amount is reached in the cart? Is this possible? Or is there a better way to do this?
