wallets

Ok...first I am very happy with smug mug...so with that in mind, I want to complain about the wallets!!! I know you have a printer doing them for you, but, I hate that they come 4 to a sheet. One of my clients sent me the graduation photo I took..wallet size, and it wasn't even cut straight!! So when so and so down the road sees my wallets, I'm sure they are wondering which company I'm using that can't even cut the silly things straight. My other issue, is they they aren't even the same size!!!! They come 4 to a sheet, and the ones on the left are larger than the ones on the right. But there probably aren't too many people that notice that.

Ok, I'm done complaining..but I don't think I will be allowing my customers to buy wallets...sorry...

Renae, can you send me the Order Number? I want to check the order. The different sizes are not supposed to be like that. Has that happened before?

Well it seems insignificant until the name of the girl and my watermark gets cut off. The difference in one set is 1/16th of an inch. the other is a little more than 1/16, but not up to 1/8. I don't know if it has happened before because the order usually goes to the customer. But I am going to be checking just to make sure. The order I had issues with is 586263. I had to reorder because of some other issues too...the new order is 590701 if you would like to compare.

You can always email our help desk and they will replace or refund any order any time no questions asked.

When you say "my watermark gets cut off" what do you mean? We don't print the watermarks. OR are you talking about backprinting gets cut off?

I have emailed the help desk and they have re-ordered all the prints I had issues with. I meant my signature gets cut off and I just need to move it over. Guess with wallets there is not much "give".
