Several questions before joining in. - 11-01-2008, 01:22 AM

1. Do you still have that 50% off from competitor?
2. When I do I get charged? After my 14 days trial? Or immediately when I sign up for the trial?
3. I see you support Aperture uploading, do you support Aperture version 2.1.2?
4. Do you support FTP uploading?
5. Do you have any pricing plan for image downloads? This is good for those customers who just wanted to download watermarked images, as in for Myspace, etc.

Thanks,
-- Louis

Louis,

Here us a link to to the help site from Smugmug help

They also support Aperture, and you set your prices for customer downloads..
Check out my site, its not down, but it has prices on it, make sure you click on the different tabs on the top as well.

Yep!

1: enter: exposuremanager in the coupon code field when signing up.

2: You have to manually decide you want to continue with SmugMug and then enter your credit card. Then you get charged from that date.

3: I know we support 2.1.1 for sure, but I am sure we do 2.1.2, but you might want to check here for more details: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=47845&page=19

4: We do not have an FTP uploader. We do have integration into every workflow out there and many stand alone uploaders that are excellent. If you are a Mac user, I love the MacDaddy.

5: We allow you to set the price on Digital Downloads to anything you want. We allow you to sell both a 1mpix and 4mpix Commercial and Personal use licenses. http://www.smugmug.com/help/sell-digital-downloads

Pricing is totally up to you and what you think your buyers/customers will buy.

Can't wait to work with you!

Thanks,
Markham
