Yep!
1: enter: exposuremanager in the coupon code field when signing up.
2: You have to manually decide you want to continue with SmugMug and then enter your credit card. Then you get charged from that date.
3: I know we support 2.1.1 for sure, but I am sure we do 2.1.2, but you might want to check here for more details:

4: We do not have an FTP uploader. We do have integration into every workflow out there and many stand alone uploaders that are excellent. If you are a Mac user, I love the MacDaddy.
5: We allow you to set the price on Digital Downloads to anything you want. We allow you to sell both a 1mpix and 4mpix Commercial and Personal use licenses.

Pricing is totally up to you and what you think your buyers/customers will buy.
Can't wait to work with you!
Thanks,
