Smugmug and Firefox - 11-01-2008, 05:27 PM

Hey Markham,

I have been having an issue recently with my site using Firefox. It did not previously do this.
If I enter my site using my cname, http://www.valentine-photography.com Firefox incorrectly displays some of my themes. What it is doing on these themes is displaying the large image below the thumbs instead of along side of them as it should.
If I simply change the address by adding in the '.smugmug' http://www.valentine-photography.smugmug.com the themes display correctly.
Is this a Smugmug issue, a Firefox issue, or an issue with my display, and it's settings?
I don't have this problem with Safari, only Firefox.
Any thoughts???
I have reported it as a bug to Firefox.

hmm interesting this is something that our Support Heroes would have to look into. Can you email to us at: help at smugmug email?

I wonder if this was a result of the push we made on Friday? I am assuming you did clear cache, cookies, temp files, browsing history and relaunch the browser?

No. It has been happening before that.
I have deleted the cookies and cache, but I'm not sure about the history. Temp files are not listed as an option in the Firefox list. (Mac) I will try deleting everything and see what happens.

Nope! I cleared out everything except the 'Saved Passwords', but the issue remains.

Oh yeah! Help @ Smugmug Email, I tried it several ways and all bounced. But I got a reply from Andy at help at smugmug.com. He will have Barb check into it when she is back in.
