So I ordered some 'save the date' photo cards, and the text was partially cropped off on ALL of the ordered photos .

I contacted smumug via email.

Not only did they refund me, when I placed another order with them to replace the save the date cards ordered previously, they upgraded my shipping at no extra charge!

Smugmug truly do understand the meaning of customer service not only to our clients, but to us too.

If any of you are thinking about switching or even thinking about starting up a website for your photography (even if it's just for a fun venture, and not for business purposes), Smugmug truly are a breath of fresh air to deal with.
