Can't Create New MyCanvas account...

So I've been trying to create a new account for MyCanvas, so that I can print a book and use the $30 coupon before it expires (IN 3 DAYS! ) but when I try it tells me "There was a problem creating your account. Please come back later." Or something like that.
I'm afraid I won't have enough time to lay out a book by the 13th. Would it be possible to extend the coupon for me? (If I can lay it out and order by the 13th I will do so, but I cannot create an account, therefore I cannot buy a book )

edit: Update- I successfully created an account, finally...It seems you have to choose a user name that meets a certain criteria and is not already taken, but they don't tell you that, it just said to come again later.
I just hope I can make a book before the deadline.
