no photos??

After uploading some photos tonight to a new gallery, I went to look at them and they "weren't there" I say they aren't there because you can't see them. But I know they are there somewhere, because the thumbnail shows the photo and it keeps changing to show different photos of that set. So I look at my other galleries...same thing...no individual photos, but the thumbnail shows a photo to click on the gallery??? Have I done something???

WHAT?? can you look in the theatre gallery and see all the photos that look like middle school kids in a play?? (Legend of Sleepy Hollow) I just uploaded them tonight and I can't see them at all? I restarted the computer and everything!!!

They are all there for me :)



Try clearing your cache, cookies, and temp files. Close and relaunch your browser and then let me know if they are there.

see I updated my firefox thing...dang it...


nope no luck...must have had something to do with the update on firefox?? Should have left a good thing alone...I checked it on the kids computer and it works just fine?

By the way, I centered your "Contact Me" link and found some stuff in your CSS field you didn't need.

gracias...that was bothering me!! but I've bugged you guys so much, and I didn't know how to fix it....it was the least of my worries....I'm still looking for my photos!!!

WEll it was definitley a firefox issue. I deleted firefox and the issue went away. Guess I will upload it again and see what happens....that was just wierd!!


Uploaded another Firefox...works just fine. Must have had a gliche in the other update of firefox. Thanks for the help.

That is weird, I have had no issues.

Renee, I'm running Firefox 3.0.4 and can see the photos including the sleepy hollow ones. But like you once in a while things don't seem to work right with Firefox, but I don't think I've had to reinstall. I have a question, where did you get the contact form, that's pretty cool.

wufoo.com. I have had very good luck with them and of course use the free form!!! I found out the hard way that my other contact form wasn't working. The nice thing about wufoo is you can have them send you an email, plus you can go on their site and look at who has asked for an email. That way if something happens to your email, you still have the contact information. Smugmug was recommending the other site I used (can't remember who it was, sorry), but when I looked them up, it was somebody in a foreign country who didn't answer emails. Wufuoo is here in the US and they answer emails---wow what a concept!!! Good luck Laurie...

SmugMug recommends and uses wufoo definitely.
