does smugmug host any accounts for free? like universities?

hi markham...

i am trying to come up with a solution for someone. the university of new hampshire is looking for a place to securely host photos and video files of gym meets. i've looked around at smug =- and see a power account would allow them to add video up to 2.5 minutes. this is definitely adequate for their needs - but i'm not really into paying for it for them..i already donate a ton of stuff to the university.

do you guys have any offerings for educational facilities? if they have to pay for it in their budget - it'll never happen.

They have an endowment of over a quarter of a billion dollars and they don't want to dish out $150/year for Smugmug?

well, it would only be 60...and the gymnastics team doesn't get that budget....the football and hockey team get it. and hey thomas...i'm just asking - which it never hurts to do.

Not at all. It's just crazy how tight some universities are with their budget on some items while they are so loose with other items.

I know they have special deals for non-profits, so they might in this case, too.
