Confirmation/tracking on puzzles? - 12-18-2008, 07:59 PM


Is this an issue with the vendor or did something go wrong with my order? I ordered a puzzle and a print last week, got the confirmation email and tracking number, and today the print showed up, (looks great on metallic paper, BTW) but no puzzle.

Looking back at the original confirmation email from 12-12-08 I see both items listed, but the shipping email from 12-15-08 says "Your order included 1 item."

Did my puzzle get lost in the shuffle over the weekend, or does that vendor just not provide the shipping/tracking info back to SmugMug?

Puzzles take longer than prints and anytime there is a delay with one product, they will be shipped separately. You can email our help email for specific tracking.

12 minutes to respond to a BB posting? Do you have an alarm that goes off every time somebody posts in here?

I'm not too worried as long as it gets here in time to wrap it for Christmas, just wanted to make sure it didn't somehow get dropped from the order.
