Smugmug needs customizable receipts

I have a smugmug PRO account and one thing I wish smugmug would do is offere customized branding. I want to be able to add a few comments and maybe even a survey to the ORDER confirmation email my CLIENTS get.

Also, when is smugmug going to start offereing packages and even coupons for us PRO users to offere our clients?

So when you talk about customized branding, in this case you are talking about customizing the order confirmation email etc., not anything on the site?

Coupons have been a sore spot for us and we admit that we should have had them a long time ago. They are coming sooner vs later and we are working hard on them. As for packages, we have not put those in the same release as Packages.

Ok so that is a topic in current discussion at SmugMug. We are going to release integration with our new lab and so we have new confirmation emails. Most likely we won't let you customize the entire email, but we are talking about having your brand and name prominent.
