Problem =(

So I posted this on Dgrin but got no answer and it fixed itself and now its back... Its been 6 hours and when I click on my galleries, no pictures are there. This is the third time its happened and I cannot add pictures at this time either... Any solution to this? Is smugmug working on a fix? The slideshow still works, and the album cover picture still shows up... Sooner or later it'll resolve itself, I just want to know if there is a permanent fix for this coming.

This happens to me from time to time too. It's very frustrating when you're trying to edit galleries or you have clients trying to order. I e-mailed support after the first couple of times it happened, but by the time they got back to me, it had resolved itself. Hopefully there will be a permanent fix soon.

What is the problem? Can you explain? Also, before you try and replicate anything on SmugMug or any cookie based web service, clear your cache, cookies and temp files.

I definitely cleared all the files before.. Basically, when you go into galleries, nothing is there. Usually it lasts about 12 hours and comes back (just did right now). If there is any way to permanently resolve this issue, PLEASE let me know.

Did you try refreshing the screen? Worked for me.
