Problems uploading photos

Okay, brand new to smugmug with my pro account this week and already I'm having problems uploading photos to galleries. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.

I read all the pro instructions about how to NOT crop or resize or change the resolution, etc. and even when trying to add just two photos tonight, it kept saying I didn't have an internet connection. It would also freeze up and not be able to upload anything even though I tried three times. And then when going back to the site, there would be one picture out of the two I uploaded and there would be three of them, all the same photo! Ugh!

It's not like I'm trying to upload hundreds of photos. The most I've tried at one time has been 25 or 30. I have PSE6 and use the "send to smugmug" option.

I am not our uploading guru, but that is not a typical response. Usually out of the many many uploaders we provide, most work extremely well.

Make sure you have an internet connection, that is the first thing. Then go and try our "Simple" uploader to make sure it works. (The reason I say that is because it is our easiest and most reliable.)

Send To SmugMug is extremely reliable as well, but it was created by a Microsoft employee and so we don't necessarily troubleshoot it.

However, Omar is really good about answering his emails if you have questions on it.
