Nice shots Paul. I have a question for you. I was out shooting FFL yesterday also. I notice a big difference between my shots any your shots. Yours are much cleaner and more in focus. The differences between equipment: You are shooting with a MkIII and 300 f/2.8, I am shooting with a 30d and 70-200 f/2.8 with a 1.4x. This was my first game shooting football. I am struggling with focus. I find the 30d is having issues keeping up with the action and not getting on the subject fast enough. Is it the camera or is it me? Any tips? Here are a few shots and the link to the rest.

both shots: iso 1250, 1/1000, f4
