Astros taking on the Reds - a camera noob's perspective

First of all, I am still learning how to use this thing, and was super excited when I walked into the game without them saying anything about my 70-300mm lens. Anyhow here are a few pics I took. Hopefully my skills with the camera and photoshop will improve.

Any suggestions to making something better would be greatly appreciated.

And being a noob to the forum, I hope this is how people normally attach pics to the threads.

This is probably a very poor attempt of HDR, but I don't really know what I am doing, lol. I followed some tutorial I dug up online. I think I merged 6 pics at 2-stops. I just learned about bracketing minutes before I left for the game.


He didn't last very long, this is around the second inning and he got rocked.


In fact, the Reds ran all over the Astros all day.








This was him waiting for the pitch...the next image should have been of the stands, because that was a homerun.
