My 10x20 Masterpiece - 06-14-2010, 01:05 AM

This is my nephew Michael. It's his first year pitching. This was their 2nd to the last game of the season and I finally had the chance to attend one of his games. He did a great job and I am very proud of him.

Michael has no clue he is getting this as a "just because" gift from me. I felt like sharing and I hope you guys like it.

Just curious if you print your own and use a service?

Sonny,

I tried a similar multi photo softball pitcher image collage last year but it pales in comparison ... I do have a question though ... this poster and several others I've seen you produce contain trademarked logos and team nicknames ... is there a magic way to obtain the necessary written permission ?? I've discussed "using" logos from a university and they could not say "no" fast enough followed by some legal wording ...

Jeff

I don't print any of stuff. I like using WHCC.

Thanks Jeff. Anything I sell to my clients I do not use trademarked logos. It's best to stay out of the legal cross-hairs of the MLB, NFL, NBA, and NCAA. As far as using the team nicknames, I assume it's OK to use just the name as long it's simple text.

This print will be a gift for my nephew and not for sale. Does that make using the Astros logo legal? I'm not sure.
