Last I read, proof delay does not apply to the digital download option if that is something you use in your business model. What they see is what they get.

I have used Printroom. They added to their software an option where the customer could crop the photo as they wished by selecting size and use a zoom tool. I thought great. I would upload my low resolution photos and let my customers help with the post processing. Wrong! It just didn't happen. Though I thought it was simple process, people told me they just wasn't sure what they would get or they really didn't understand. So, shots that may have sold just got passed over.

Presentation is important.
