From
Rangers A-Z Guide | texasrangers.com: Ballpark

The Fan Code of Conduct
#6 No metal cans, glass containers or alcoholic beverages may be carried into the ballpark. Only soft-sided, collapsible coolers without plastic inserts are allowed --not hard coolers, backpacks, or oversized bags. All bags and purses must be 16"x16"x8" or smaller and are subject to search by ballpark staff.
and
CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video equipment are permitted in Rangers Ballpark. However, flash photography, video reproductions and equipment that might interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game are prohibited.

So leave the Bigma and monopod at home and have fun, not sure about your bag, you'll have to measure it.

Thanks, it looks like I'll be just under the size limitation.

A monopod is no problem as long as it doesn't interfere with walkways. I've shot with a 70-200, and I've seen fans out there with larger lenses than that. The Rangers really are photo-friendly as long as it doesn't infringe on another fan's ability to enjoy the game.

Have fun!
