Did a bit more digging. There are a couple of tracks around the Houston area, also:

MSR HOUSTON - Road Course

GrandSport Speedway - Houston, Texas

And there's Liberty Motorsports Park up in Cleveland, but I dunno what's going on with that place. Seems like a great facility though:

I did see MSR and it looks interesting.. I may have to make a trip out there too, if I can get in contact with them first that is.
