The rules are strictly up to the school district.

Rules can may vary from district to district. Many of the stadiums where I have gone nothing more than a sideline pass has been required and no mention about selling of images. In Humble last year, I was told that I could not post or sell any image in which a Kingwood Park student was in the photo. Everytime I have shot at the state game, meet, match or other event, the UIL was very specific about not granting permission for selling those images outside of journalistic purposes.

So may you need to check each district's policy.

k thanks for the information. I was just wondering how it works. I've been to some games and because I have a camera I'm in with no questions, and I've been to others where I had to show my ID and I was on the list to get another pass to put on my neck to be on the field. anyways. thanks for the input.
