I've got a ton more but no time to deal with them right now. The lighting was horrible. I made some lame attempts at correcting color cast but I didn't spend too much time processing these and it shows. These are all shot at ISO 8000 with a 200mm f2L IS from the stands. I went to shoot my daughter running barrels (2 shots of her and one of her friend) and ended up filling up a card. Having to shoot at f2 limited DOF so in hindsight I wish I had pushed the ISO a little and stopped down some. Then again... the noise isn't too bad in these. Great shots all around Michael, but the saddle bronc series is my favorite! Love catching action shots like that! I like seeing the expressions of the bystanders too. Thanks Charles Hey Debbie, thanks! and long time no talky. I don't think that I've ever shot a rodeo before. I usually just watch. Man, those were great! How did your daughter place? Running those barrels takes a lot of training and work. I know I've been there done that at my local rodeo.
