As with all photos seeking comments/critiques/constructive encouragement first and foremost importance at least for me is what is the purpose of the photos? Newspaper/online/sale to parents/frame, etc.

That being said 1 and 3 need to be cropped tighter. And No. 2 could use some contrast adjustments.

I always enjoy shooting the little guys. I've only been able to do it once this year :-(.

Thanks for the comments. I don't guess I really have an express purpose for the shots other than I enjoy shooting sports and want to get better. But framing and/or sale to parents is usually where my thought process is.

#3 was a booger to decide where to crop. I can definitely see that it could be tighter. I didn't want to lose too much of the guy on the ground but get rid of the ref. I might try cropping it the left in more so that #5 on the offense is still visible but sacrifice more of the downed defender.

Completely agree on #2. Looks much darker than I originally thought. Clouds were a booger that day.

#1 - Where would you crop this. Wanted to keep the focus on the RB but still show the defenders closing in. I can crop tighter on the defenders on the right, but do I lose the focus if the RB is too far over to the edge?

Thanks again. I really do appreciate it.
