I am still learning, like most photographers. Today I was not sure what was "correct" I played with settings and still wasn't sure which I liked the best.

So when you are shooting football or other sports do you use Al Servo or Al Focus? And why?

Also do you use center focus or all focus (not sure what that is called) and why?

Thanks in advance! I did get some good photos today, but I just want to walk into somewhere and be more confident to why I set the camera the way I do!

Use what works best for you and your shooting situation at the time. There are no hard set rules which must be followed.

I use AI focus, center focus, manual settings. But, my shots are not as good as most, so listen to those folks first.......
