Galveston O'Connell won it's sixth straight TAPPS state championship. We could not find anyone that has won as many in a row in TAPPS. Not sure there is even a public school that has won six in a row. Does anyone know of one? More than six in a row?

Yeah Albert the way they collided they were both facing the outfield :(. The second baseman caught the fly ball while the short stop was diving and shen undercut her second baseman. The crash was actually worse than the picture. The girl ended up dropping the ball when she hit the ground and it squirted out into center field allowing one of the four runs to score.

Both teams had a combined two seniors, so barring any kind of injuries or weird things happening they could be playing for the title again next season.
