Hi Heather,
You do not need the CloudBoost to print from the PSG. It should allow you to print. If you did have the CloudBoost it would sync all your clients, invoices, etc. between your Desktop version and the PSG. This would automatically enter all your orders into your Bookkeeping, etc.
If you go to
mystudiocloud.com and post a question telling them what the problem is they should be able to help you. Make sure to let them know what operating system you are using, if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, and from what part of the program you are trying to print from. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version) installed, I would try that first.
