Studio in Pearland, 4310 Bailey Rd. Suite #104.
Available for Monthly, Daily or Half Day Rental.
Approx. 900+ sq. ft. of shooting space. 8 lights, backdrops, props etc.
Make-up Room with lighting.

Location is close to the High School and the New Aquatic Center (soon to be).

(dates and times must coincide with my schedule)

Daily rates @ $50 / Full Day (up to 6 hrs.)
Half Day @ $30 three hours or less.

Have you ever seen a neat freak artist.

My customers want images at a decent rate and I can give them that.

The place is clean and organized to a degree, but not a showcase. If they want a showcase then they can pay 5 times more and find a wonderful place. Most of my customers Love shooting here because I pay 100% of my attention them them, and make the feel comforatable. In the end quality, price and enjoyment equals a happy returning customer. First impressions last but only until they see the product.

Will be setting up a Meet & Greet. Let me know what dates in the near future you guys / gals are good for. As for now any Saturday in February except the 13th is good for me. Let me know and we can schedule. Also, let me know if you want to shoot while you're there or just hang out?
