Hi Chris,

Thank you for your interest in Creative Concept Studios.

Creative Concept Studios is more than just another studio rental facility. We offer unique studio rental services from basic facility rental to complete session management and private instruction.

Non-Membership (By the hour, with two hour minimum)

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – $35 per hour
After 5:00 pm and weekends – $40 per hour

Half-day weekdays (4 hours, 8:00 – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm) – $125.00
Half-day weekends or evenings (4 hours on Saturday, Sunday, or after 5:00 pm weekdays) – $150.00

Full day weekdays (9 hours from 8:00 to 5:00 on weekdays) – $250.00
Full day weekends (9 hours from 8:00 to 5:00 Saturday and Sunday) – $300.00

The above rates include use of available studio lighting, modifiers and props.

Month to month, 6/12 contracts are also available which can reduce the hourly rate to as low as $23.33/hr and does away with the evening and weekend premium. Creative Concept Studios offers additional monthly Membership discounts to US veterans, teachers and students actively enrolled in an accredited university or college. Only one discount applies per member.

Two-hour minimum on all studio rentals. A deposit may be required to book a reservation.
72-hour notice required for reschedule. No refund on same day cancellations.
Creative Concept Studios reserves the right to change prices/offers and schedules at its sole discretion.

As long as the activity is legal or not dangerous, I have no restrictions. Common sense, of course, will prevail i.e. no fireworks, semi-tractor trailers though 8x10 foot door, ya know; common sense.
