Tokina AT-X 340 AF 100-300 F4

When posting photos, please give any and all information in regards to the photo that you can. This extra information will give more information about how the photo was taken and with what camera body.

Example:

Canon 20d : @16mm : 1/200th : f3.5 : 1600 ISO : AV Mode : -1/3 Exp Comp

The Tokina AT-X 340 AF 100-300 F4 is out of production at the moment, I believe. However, used copies can be found in a variety of mounts. There are manual focus mounts as well. The most recent production is called Tokina AT-X 340 AF-II 100-300 F4, however, my post is about the older AF version.

This lens is built like a tank and has a sturdy tripod mount.

The image quality is excellent for a zoom in this price range and the fixed f/4 is a great bonus over many other lenses in this range. It also allows reasonably close focus for a 100-300 zoom lens (under 2m).

There are quite a few very positive reviews of this lens online.
