Car Action Photography test shoot - 01-14-2010, 10:15 AM

Please give your critique of those action shots: I'm still working on the rig and haven't had a chance to take more photos.

Soon, more photos, more cars.

Great motion!

You may have a dirty sensor and the color seems a little too yellow for my taste.

What rig did you build?

Thanks for the comments. I now the rig is what everyone wants to see. It's dismounted right now as I'm getting one of the suction cups replaced.

I will post a picture of it before Photoshop removal of the rig.

Rigs - 01-18-2010, 12:30 AM

Thanks for all your comments.
So far I'm still in the building/testing phase of the "rig". Nothing too impressive and it will definitely be challenging to get angles that I really want.
It took me weeks to find pieces of the puzzle for car rigs that others have built.

Here is a "Before" picture.
#1 is the picture taken with the actual "rig" when it was put together for the first test.

#2 and #3 were shots using a combo of background stand bars + magic arm or tripod + magic arm mounted inside the car.
