had to be quick on this one. was the first one to find this.

I saw smoke so I jumped on my quad and checked the trails... found this. rode home told wife to call cops, and I grabbed camera.

best I could come up with in a hurry/panic. had only a few minutes to gather pics. again I am an amatuer.

Josh, where exactly was this? Nice work. Make sure you contact your local paper to see if they might want to use some of these.

Holy, wow! were these tracks operable!?!? That would've been scary if a train was coming through. Would've have been an even bigger mess

good advice!

didnt even think about that...

and YES! these tracks are 100% operable a few times a day. went out and got to watch the railroad guys section it out. I also got a few railroad ties out of it! they basically rebuilt the structure, and used all new railroad ties behind. the guys told me anything left behind I could have.


Oh and this is South East of San Antonio. about 8 miles west of 37, and just north of 1604.
