Go to Josh Mackey | Automotive Photographer | Automotive Photography | Digital Artist | Car Photo | Auto Photo | Seattle Photo and get his book "How To Digitally Photograph Cars". Josh Mackey does some awesome work and wrote this book with co-author Jason Sui. There is a lot of useful info including post-processing in Photoshop.

...the one asking for tips on taking great car pics that was quoted...

There's info on camera settings, sensor sizes, lens use, composition, etc. that would help anyone just starting out especially with a new camera. Just offering a suggestion.

Hello fellow Gearheads! I'm becoming more fascinated with auto photography. Could anyone suggest some cool locations to shoot? My model will be a C5 Z06 Corvette. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! And Yay for the "Gearhead" forum, just what I was looking for!
