TMS - Nationwide Race from the stands

These are from the stands. down right before turn 1 using a simple 70-200mm lens and a less than simple D3...

The Dale Jr. circus was in town. Take a look two cars ahead at the 22 of Robby Gordon. That's Robby and a crew member all by themselves. Stark contrast to Jr's car which you can't even see and is swamped with Navy people who "should" be at the 88 Navy car (grin):

Kyle with the flag. Funny thing is he's never won here and drove around looking for the entrance to Victory Lane:


It was a very uneventful race with 4 cautions but still fun. It's the largest crowd I've ever seen for a Nationwide (Busch) race at TMS.

Great comp on the Kyle Bush winner shot! They all rock. Got any spare tickets for todays race ? I have never been and my son is a big Tony Stewart fan. He is only 7 and it would really make his day, lol...

Didn't see this until well after the race but was using all tickets anyway. PM me in November and I'll have two tickets to both practice days (as of now anyway). My wife became a big Tony Stewart fan after watching him race today.
