Looks green to me too. nice capture of the elusive "green flash".
As the recent purchaser of a Nikonos IVa I was curious as to what camera equipment you used.

Great! I can't wait to see your stuff Justin.
I hope you're feeling better. Hopefully it was just "Bali belly" and not something more serious.

well i stayed away from the bali girls...or men....whatever they are, so im thinking it was just a week of diving followed by 3 days of air travel, and then diving again.
the pictures all seem to be dark on my desktop screen, while they seemed fine on my laptop (sony x-brite screen). anyone else noticing this?

It occurs very briefly, and is a highlight of watching the sunset from on the ocean. Apparently the light spectrum is amplified at sunset, and if you are lucky you will get an intense green flash just as the sun disappears. I've only seen it twice. Some people even believe it is a myth, and just something our minds imagine......

Beautiful stuff. I'm not a diver, but it sure makes me pack things up and disappear for a few months. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
