That' the best looking "fake" shark I've seen. You really make it look like you are underwater and just inches from this shark. Must be great Photoshop work because nobody is this crazy.............. Nice shot and more power to you....   |

That's one of the warnings that should be on those 10.5 mm fisheye lenses... "When shooting apex predators, do not try to 'fill the frame' when using this lens..." You have to practically be in the things mouth to fill the viewfinder...lol. Ha! That's not close :-) Close is when you can see the shadow of your dome shade on the sharks rostrum. Or close is when you have a photo of the shark actually bumping off of your dome port :-) I think the shot from your perspective is excellent. Reef sharks are so cool. Your exposure of the water from dark blue to light blue looks perfect, with just the right amount of strobe on the shark. Must not have been easy using only an old 100a. Yeah, I'd say that's close... I've upgraded to a pair of DS-160's... so next time I'm around some of these guys it should only get better, right? D.
