Tripod/head combo for Panasonic AG-HMC40

So my church recently purchased a Panasonic AG-HMC40 and we need a tripod/head for it. I wanted to go super light weight since we want to be fairly portable with this set up, so I was looking at the Manfrotto 701HDV head on 190cx legs. Weight wise, it should be able to handle the fairly light HMC40. I just wanted to get some input from people that either have a similar sized camera or have experience with the 701HDV or 190cx.
