Canon HF S200 vs. HF M30

Hi all, I'm about to purchase a new video camera I'm looking at the HF S200 and the HF M30. Both cameras have similar features, but the price point is a few hundred dollars difference. Is the image quality going to be be better on the HF S200 than the HF M30? My reason for the purchase is my assistant is going to capture video footage at weddings and events I'm a photographer first I've been wanting ad video coverage to my service line. Thank you all.

I don't think this two cameras will be appropriate for a wedding video production. This is more of a high priced consumer camera great for family vacations or personal use but for a wedding you will need something more solid with more professional options.
I use for wedding video productions in the cinematic style highlights the Canon HDSLR's like the 5D2, 60D, and T2i for the documentary style the Panasonic HMC150 and HMC70U(backup) this are cameras with better options and way better IQ footage.
