Donald: I have read the reviews and tested out a contour once. I find that the quality of the Contour and GoPro are the same, but the contour is harder to mount. I use the GoPro for AutoX racing.

In the HD models, I have read that the GoPro actually has a better low-light sensor and also has a battery warmer for extreme colds. Nice.

they also let you switch from evaluative to spot metering, for those sunny days when you want to actually see out the dashboard... :)
