Some GoPro Fun - 06-13-2011, 10:32 PM

Still playing with these little cameras and finding fun ways to use them, going to try them at a Wedding next month to see how they do up by the bride and groom out of plain site.

Mounted to my head while playing Whirly Ball

Suction Cup to the mirror for a timelapse

Suction Cup, some weights, various other things to keep it on the bottom of the pool.

Yeah, that is initially what I bought it for and then since it came with the waterproof case had to give it a shot.

Very cool vids.

I mainly use one for AutoX.

For timelapse ... do you set the camera's intervals? And are there several choices or like one or 2 choices for when the shots go off? Haven't tried it yet.

Raymond, sorry for the VERY slow response.

yes, there is a timelapse mode on the gopro that you can set the interval at 2 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, or 60 seconds. It will go till your out of power or card is full. The long ones I used it hooked up to a USB adapter to give it constant power so it never would run out of juice and on a 32g card will last a LONG time.

I also ordered an EyeOfMine flat lens case which from everything I have read and viewed helps for underwater focus and will be testing it next weekend. Will do some side by side with the original Gopro underwater case and the new one.

No worries on the late response ... better a late response than no response. ;)

Very cool about the time-laps setting. Didn't know it had that much control.
