Photovision deal - 09-29-2011, 09:54 AM

I ran across the Photovision web site last week for their subscription based tutorials with pros across the country. $199 was a bit rich when I didn't know anything about them, but they do offer the 2010 DVD set, 6 two hour dvds, for only $39.
Outstanding bargain! On the first disk was a thirty minute session doing a trash the dress shoot with the entire process from picking a spot to shoot in a park, posing, shot technical data, and post processing in photoshop. Next was a newborn shoot done the same way with great tips, then a studio tour of a high end shop, and last, thirty minutes with Brian DeMint covering makeup, posing, how he shoots, and several minutes of photoshop tutoring. Heck, I'd have paid more than $39 just to see Brian's segment.
If you're looking for some bargain tutorials, this is a steal.

UPDATE, well, I THOUGHT it was a steal, but I've learned the regular subscription is only $49? if you use a discount code. The tutorials are wonderful, no matter what you pay.

Just do a web search for it. I think I got mine from Manfrotto, but I found it in a Google search. Check the sponsor list across the bottom of the page. I've now ordered the 2010, 2011, and 2012 subscription, and I really think they're worth it, mainly cause I'm a newbe and the tutorials are an excellent value for the $$.
