The human mind is infinitely more complicated than we can imagine.

Except in my case, cause if I'd been in the helicopter I would likely have forgotten to even take some pictures......

Very cool. He is an amazing guy.

What sucks about this is that I have never seen anyone with this kind of talent (To this degree) that was not lacking in some other area. It's like you have to be lacking in some other part of your mental capacity to have these super skills. I have seen other savants and they are wonderful at one thing. I think it would be awesome if we could tap into this to help normal people exhibit some of the same type of talents without losing their normal mental abilities.

I work in the computer field and come across a programmer every once in a while that is really extraordinary in what they do but there is always something a little off kilter about them. Just something you can't quite figure out. Then I am around just average normal programmers and they seem pretty normal. I have to think that the reason that one programmer is a little different is that he have something about him that the rest of the programmers did not get.
