Live Webcasting - Choppy Video - Need Advice - 05-03-2009, 01:38 PM

I host live web seminars using Adobe Connect Pro run through a Comcast Cable Modem that gives me 10-17mbs of down and 2-2.5mbs of upload speeds. My PING rates is always in the 100+ range though.

My problem is the video quality is very CHOPPY...The voice never matches up either...I have tried the VOIP and regular conf. calls.

I was told the max video frame rate is 10fps using Adobe Connect Pro...

Do anyone know of a solution to get my video frame rate up to 20-30 for live webcast?

Thanks...Tony
