Hi Sarah. Welcome to the forums. I just tried to view your site using Firefox 2.0 and I can't click on anything. I checked the source of the page and it looks like you are using VML... which is only supported by Internet Explorer. What did you use to build that page?

I loaded it up in IE then and poked around and the home link in the footer of your gallery opened a new window. Probably shouldn't behave that way... new windows can wreck a user's experience.

Hope that was helpful.

Every page should have a link to your other pages IMHO. At least put your contact info link on EVERY page. The prices' page loaded real slow. The image may need to be resized to a smaller file size.

I'm using Firefox 1.5 and as the last FF user said, it looks like a static page with no links... I'd have moved on without having thought about it. Most of the visitors to my site use IE, but there are enough FF users that I wouldn't want to loose them.

Ditto the FF. If a page doesn't work in Firefox, I won't try it in IE... I'll just move on to the next site.

I Like the site ok .
It seems like it is taking longer than it should to load the thumbnail on the main page and on the pricing page ....a small picture should load quicker

Also you may want to check the title of each page and correct it

Definately fix the browser compatibility issues, not everyone uses IE. About 40% of web users actually use a 'standards compliant' browser like Firefox, Mozilla or Opera.

The navigation menu for the entire site should always be at or towards the top of the page and should be consistent throughout the site.

I like the look of the galleries that the software is creating for you, very clean and modern looking. :) But it doesn't match the rest of the site. This could create confusion in your users. Try to make the rest of the site match the gallery's theme or the other way around.

To the comment about the slow loading image on the prices page, you may want to resize that image and upload it again. Right now it is a full 8MP image just resized down in the browser.

Hope this helps! :D

I see your using Jalbum which I like and have used in the past but you are using a completely different theme then your site for the gallery. You can easily customize the jalbum style sheet to customize it to match the look and feel of your site.
