I redesigned my website over the last couple days... what do y'all think? Comments, critiques, and spam mail welcome (okay, not the last part!).

Looks good. One thing to play with...The image links (except for Bridals) don't work on this page: http://derbydigitalphoto.com/gallery.php

Not bad, the only thing I recommend is making the text xhtml, if you want the search engines to hit up your site they will need content to go by.

Good point... I'll have to work with the xhtml.

Ben, I fixed that problem (thanks Mike!).

love it Daniel.

How'd you get a background image behind SV? I"ve been trying to figure that out forever, but i only see the option to manipulate the color.

It's this option:

Code:
backgroundImagePath="http://derbydigitalphoto.com/files/gallery_bg.jpg"
in either gallery.xml or buildgallery.php (if you're running a server side update script).

Okay... if you're using the buildgallery.php script, edit the line in that file. If you're uploading manually, edit the gallery.xml file.

One of the options is backgroundImagePath="" ; put the URL of your image in the quotes.

I like that its dark...that's probably no surprise coming from me.

The engagement gallery has a bunch of wedding images in it. Not sure why that is. And for the wedding gallery, you have stronger images to lead with. I had expected to see shots of the bride and groom right away. You might want to swap out the order.

Edit: AND I missed it the 1st time - there is no way back to the main page from the gallery - or I missed it. Today was long, so maybe its me.

Looking good!

There is... there are nav links on the top and the bottom of the actual gallery. Maybe I should make them bigger?

I've got nothing on the bottom of the gallery page - maybe its my screen size? The bottom red line is sitting on the bottom of my monitor. Does that help?
