Pretty neat. The one thing I would think about it moving the latest news section. It pushes the content "below the fold" to where I have to scroll down to read what is below. It also probably isn't necessary to have that on all of the pages (about, etc).

I don't know why, but the first time I try to open the control panel at the top, it starts to drop but then goes back up. On the second click it works fine. This is with the latest version of FF.

The control panel is actually for me the admin, although im sure ppl will click on it, I can set it up for members to register but for the time being i disabled it.

Thanks for the comment :) as far as the content goes, ive actually been trying to fix that, but i have so many includes on the page i need to re-arrange them lol.
