Pros:
-good contrast (white on black is nice)
-Simple and stright to the point
-enticing home image which keeps most of us wanting more
-well thought out navigation, easily navigable
-Search function REALLY enhances the site
Cons(don't take any offense by these)
-Extremely simple, lacks visual appeal
-Layout lacks a defined border
-no detailed contact info
- Nice contrast, but ALL white text on ALL black background can get annoying quick
-left justified, your site would be a lot more appealing center justified
Those are some quick suggestions from me. If you would like any help changing any of these things (if some spark your interest) let me know and I can help with some of them. A photographers site should be very visually appealing. Boring sites translate into boring photography, you are probably a phenomenal photographer, but your site doesn't personify that. Simple additions would really aid in your design. Also if you don't already, an identity (logo/slogan) would really help clients remember your name and really makes it looks professional. Remember that all these are only suggestions! I really do like the site, I just know what I like and what my past clients have enjoyed, and your site is just a bit different than our taste. Keep up the great work.

Hi Ali and thanks for the comments. No offense taken at anything you said. Some of the cons I was aware of. The justification issues for instance. I use Camino for my browser and it is not centered there or with my Explorer browser at work. I've tinkered with the CSS code to try to get it centered on all the browsers but it wasn't a big issue and so I went off to do other things.
Hadn't thought of doing some kind of border. I'll give that some thought.
I do need to update the contact information and the way it is presented.
While I love playing with the code, it seems to take me away from shooting pictures. Always a tradeoff.
