I have completed re-done my site and would appreciate if some of you would take a look at it and let me know what works, what doesn't, what just doesn't look good and so on. Thanks in advance!

Looks good to me although the scrolling function was rather jumpy...

The splash page is to big. I had to hunt to find the enter site button. This was my first thought after only a few secconds. When I get to a site, I want to get tot he meat of the matter as fast as I can. This may have something to do with the way I shop as well. I wiant to get in and out as fast as I can. I want to find what I am looking for with no delay.

Thanks Steve and Aric, I was wondering if the enter site button would be an issue and you have answered that for me. I appreciate your input!

Laurie,

My page is terrible so I am certainly not going to say anything negative...

My only advice might be in the way you present your comments. For example, you write... " Eastern Bluebird waiting to feed the babies who are down in the pole" whereas I suggest...

" A mother Eastern Bluebird scans the horizon for predators, before feeding her hungry babies which are nestled safely inside the pole"

I think wording can create a visual "link" to a picture and becomes much like a "story" with ebbs and flows for the viewer.

Just my 2 cents.

Cheers,

W
