I have changed the front end of my site to mostly information, instead of an image gallery. While it is still under construction I would love to hear some thoughts.

Images will be added into the text areas shortly.

Thanks

I really like it. The one thing that bugs me is the top seems skinnier that the page's widest point. Also it seems like it's just hanging there. I would like to see either edge-to-edge on that or have the entire thing boxed in neatly. It looks really great!

With your images - I'd use as few words as I could get away with. Your images speak to what you do. But that's just my opinion.

I'd like to know why the change.

Hey!

There are a number of reasons really, but I will touch on my strongest. These are just my beliefs, not fact.

1. An image gallery will give a prospect an emotional connection. The addition of information will give the prospect additional confidence.

2. I know I hpersonally hate it when I can't find the information I am looking for on a site when I am shopping. When I can't find the information I am looking for, then I just go to the nex site.

3. I feel that the addtional information sells me as an authority.

4. What do you hear the youth saying over and over. No posers! Now is the time for total transparency.

These are the strongest reasons.

On a very basic level though, I really like to Zig while everyone elese is zagging. :)

Hey Aric,

I like it, but I have to ask is this going to be the landing page, home page same thing?

IMO, have you tried putting you picture on the left or right of your name on the top?
I think it makes your logo stand out more if your picture was on the right or left of your name on the top, just my 2 cents.

It looks great!

Nice Avatar! ;)

I haven't really played with the placement of my picture that much. I know I like it on the left to keep me looking into the composition.

If you guys have the time, please fill out the site survey. It is the last link on the right hand side. Just so I can keep a record and to see the survey work.

Some additional benefits will be that I will have higher placement in Google searches, and I will be able to better track where people are leaving my site.

It was pretty easy and I filled out the blank boxes as well!
Let me know how it turns out?

Hi there....I'm pretty new around TPF but just trying to contribute where I can....When I hit your site the first thing I clicked on was the corporate gallery---the image you used on the homepage really drew me right there (and the other corporate images in your gallery were just as impressive!) A thought I had in terms of CC was that the dark grey text on the corp. gallery page was a little difficult to read...not quite enough contrast against the black background for my taste...(or should I say for my poor vision LOL) Also, it seemed to take an unusually long time to load the gallery pages (both corporate and senior). Not sure if it was just my connection or what.....but anyhow, congrats on the new site!
