I have very little knowledge of web design. I used apple's iweb and photoshop to design my site. Please let me know what you think. www.bellaexperience.com
Also, if any of you know the answers to the following it would be greatly appreciated!
1. How can I make my home page show up as just http://www.bellaexperience.com in the browser rather than http://www.bellaexperience.com/Site/Home.html?
2. I would like to have a form fill contact page rather than a link to an email message within my site. So far this is what I can come up with. Please visit, http://bellaexperience.com/Site/Contact.html Couple of issues though...1. Back ground image needs to be the background and not above the form. 2. When testing the form from my website, it doesn't actually work, nothing sends when you hit submit.
I'm looking forward to the feedback, Thanks so much! www.bellaexperience.com jen@bellaexperience.com | | | | | Sponsored Links | Premium Members do not see Google advertisements. SIGN UP today and help support our community.

1. Unfortunately, this is the limitation of dot mac.
I had a dot mac site and was not happy with the way the URL came up, so I moved it with a different provider.
2. Check out this Apple support thread: http://discussions.apple.com/thread....113&tstart=165

I thought this was about something else!
You may want to look at the name you've chosen and decide if its appropriate for your business.

I'm viewing from work on IE6 (uncle sam hasn't approved us to upgrade to IE7 yet ) at 1440 x 900
The site shows up with only half of the front page visable and it is way to the right. Do you have it set to a fixed size and then centered? That could explain why it comes up funny on my screen....

I'm having the same problem as above ^ The page width is insanely huge, with the actual page centered.

All of these are great comments!
So, do any of you have any suggestions on how to fix these issues, specifically how it opens up to the right and is huge and there is so much blue space? When I first designed it in iweb, with a smaller dimension, if the screen you were using to view it was lager than the actual background size, a different color would show behind it, I never could get the colors to match without "filling the space in photoshop and importing it as a background image that in the end made my site load super slow.
Remember, I have very little knowledge of web design, any guidance would be much appreciated :-)
Thanks again! | | | |

| Hate to say this, but if this is true you should invest in a professional website. This is the first impression your clients will get of you. Is it what you want them to see? | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
